Javonte Williams
Javonte Williams may have had a season low carry total this past Thursday (as did Melvin Gordon), but he led the team with 6 receptions on 7 targets and scored a touchdown through the air. He’s played well in almost every game this season. He’s been effective on the ground, with 4.1 (No. 36 among qualified running backs) True Yards per Carry, a 33.7-percent (No. 16) Juke Rate, and 3.92 (No. 6) Yards Created per Touch. He’s also the premiere pass-catching back in the offense, piling up 20 (No. 11) receptions, a 9.0-percent (No. 31) Target Share, and a 90.9-percent (No. 4) Catch Rate.

It’s been tough for him to out-snap Gordon, but it feels like Williams is getting ready to pop. He makes a big play every game. Go back and listen to how the Broncos front office talked about this kid, they drafted him to be a workhorse. He has three mid-tier matchups, then a bye, then a 2020 David Montgomery-esque end-of-season stretch of games. Rookie running backs and post-bye breakouts are an iconic combo. Go grab Williams at a low-end Flex value while you still can.
Dallas Goedert
Zach Ertz is gone and Dallas Goedert fans are singing in the the streets. Goedert matched a season high with 5 targets and 34 routes. He also hit a season high with 70 receiving yards (which led the team on Sunday) and a 94.2-percent Snap Share. Ertz was the barricade standing in the way of a Goedert breakout, and now he’s gone. Despite some low weekly finishes, Goedert has seen solid seasonal opportunity shares, earning a 15.1-percent (No. 11) Air Yards Share and a 9.6 (No. 5) Average Target Distance.

On top of that, he’s been efficient. So far he’s averaged 2.27 (No. 7) Yards per Route Run, 2.33 (No. 5) Target Separation, and 2.53 (No. 5) Fantasy Points per Target. The Eagles have a juicy end-of-season schedule come Week 12. Goedert has it all: the opportunity, the production, the efficiency, and the schedule. Go grab him before his stretch of dominance that is to come.

Antonio Gibson
Yes, Antonio Gibson does have a shin injury. However, it has yet to force him out of a game. When the injury was announced, it was clear that it would take a few weeks before Gibson would be seeing his normal workload. Being out-snapped by J.D. McKissic doesn’t mean much of anything right now. The Football Team faces Denver, then heads to their bye week, and comes back to face Tampa and Carolina in back to back weeks. That’s the perfect ramp plan to set Gibson up for a scorching end of season stretch in the midst of a soft schedule.

Gibson has been dominating rushing production thus far, posting 103 (No. 5) carries for 408 (No. 11) rush yards, and a 24.0-percent (No. 16) Dominator Rating. He’s elusive, dodging defenders with 46 (No. 5) Evaded Tackles and earns enough passing work to see a boosted outlook in PPR. Trust the process, trust the prospect profile, and take advantage of the sinking value of Gibson.
You don’t win fantasy leagues through the draft. You win by taking advantage of the waiver wire and trade market. This year’s early season shenanigans present ample opportunity to push your team to the next level. Start by targeting these players.
