Josh Allen – QB Buffalo Bills
With 24.6 Fantasy Points per Game in 2021, Josh Allen once again ended the fantasy season as the QB1 – repeating as fantasy’s top signal caller is a rare feat. On an individual game basis, Allen produced QB1 numbers in 10 of 16 contests and was the weekly QB1 five times this year. He closed out the 2021 fantasy campaign with a QB7 or better finish in four straight games.

Through 16 games, Allen has posted 4,168 (No. 4 among qualified quarterbacks) passing yards and 34 (No. 6) touchdowns. Compared to 2020, he experienced a slight dip in Completion Percentage (69.2 to 64.2-percent) and Yards per Attempt (7.9 to 6.9) this year, but offset this with a career high 700 rushing yards. Rising one spot to move to QB3, Allen steps back onto the dynasty QB podium with Patrick Mahomes and Kyler Murray.
Rashaad Penny – RB Seattle Seahawks
In Week 17 versus the Lions, Rashaad Penny played a season-high 66.7-percent of snaps. He carried the ball 25 times and caught two of three targets for a career high 185 total yards and two scores. His big day resulted in top RB performance (32.5 fantasy points) of championship week.
Recovering from 2020 ACL tear, Penny found his stride late in 2021. This surge by the 2022 Unrestricted Free Agent (UFA) yielded a Top 10 RB finish in three of the last four weeks. Trending up of late, Penny gains 12.59 Lifetime Value points and another five spots to climb to RB33.
Amon-Ra St. Brown – WR Detroit Lions
Featured as a riser in the Week 15 edition of the Dynasty Market Movers, Amon-Ra St. Brown‘s stock continues to trend up. The rookie saved his best performance for last, delivering a career high eight receptions for 111 yards and a TD in Week 17. He finished last Sunday with 35.4 fantasy points (WR2) to go along with three WR6 finishes since Week 13.

In 16 contests, St. Brown has posted 82 receptions for 803 yards and five touchdowns. He sits fourth in receiving yards for rookie wideouts and has 57 targets in the last five weeks. St. Brown gains another 35.47 Lifetime Value points (his dynasty value has more than doubled since early in the season) and 17 spots to climb to WR27.
Kyle Pitts – TE Atlanta Falcons
A hamstring injury limited Kyle Pitts to two catches for a nice 69 yards versus the Buffalo Bills in Week 17. However, this was enough for the rookie to make history. With 1,018 (No. 3) receiving yards on 66 (No. 7) receptions in 16 games, Pitts set a new franchise rookie receiving yard record.
In addition to the Falcons’ record, Pitts joined “Iron Mike” Ditka (1,076 in 14 games back in 1961) as the second tight end to surpass 1,000 receiving yards as a rookie. Pitts has averaged 63.6 yards per game with a 20.5-percent (No. 6) Target Share in 2021. He gains a position leading 7.51 Lifetime Value points and two spots to move to TE2 in dynasty.

Ben Roethlisberger – QB Pittsburgh Steelers
In his self-proclaimed final regular season game at Heinz field, Ben Roethlisberger threw 46 times for 123 yards and one touchdown. In 15 games, Big Ben has logged 591 (No. 9) pass attempts for 3,496 (No. 14) yards and 21 (No. 13) scores.

For fantasy purposes, Roethlisberger has totaled just 27.1 fantasy points over the last three games. Week 17 made for the third consecutive time that the veteran has thrown for 159 yards or less. He has averaged 4.4 Yards per Attempt over this timeframe. ON the year, Roethlisberger has produced 14.4 (No. 22) Fantasy Points per Game with only three QB1 performances – eight weeks finishing outside the Top 20. With retirement looming, the 18-year Steeler drops 10 spots in the dynasty rankings to QB43.
Ronald Jones – RB Tampa Bay Buccaneers
An ankle injury in plum match-up versus the Jets in Week 17 capped off a forgettable regular season for Ronald Jones. In 16 games, Jones logged a 19.2-percent (No. 86) Snap Share, with 101 (No. 47) carries for 428 (No. 46) rushing yards and four (No. 39) TDs. As a receiver, Jones has 10 (No. 73) catches for 64 (No. 83) receiving yards.
On the season, Jones has produced 5.0Â (No. 67) Fantasy Points per Game, a dramatic decline from the 13.3 (No. 21) FPPG he averaged in 2020. The 24 year-old 2022 UFA, loses 24.18 Lifetime Value points and eight spots to fall to RB47 in dynasty.
Jerry Jeudy – WR Denver Broncos
It’s been a tough sophomore season for the talented Jerry Jeudy. Missing six games due to a high ankle sprain, Jeudy was once again sidelined in Week 17, this time on the Reserve/Covid-19 list. Health-related issues aside, the slick route runner has had to contend with an abysmal 5.80 (No. 35) Target Quality Rating.
In nine appearances, Jeudy has 36 (No. 68) receptions on 51 (No. 84) targets for 437 (No. 73) scoreless yards. His best fantasy performance came in Week 9 against the Dallas Cowboys when he posted 12.9 (WR21) fantasy points. With the positive front office transactions this offseason, Jeudy will likely be touted as a third year breakout candidate heading into next year. For now, he drops 14.80 Lifetime Value points and five spots to fall to WR30.
Cole Kmet – TE Chicago Bears
In Week 17 versus the New York Giants, Cole Kmet caught three of five targets for 25 yards. This 5.5 fantasy point day marked the fourth time in the last five games where Kmet has underwhelmed with a single digit outing. He has posted TE1 numbers only three times in 2021.
On the surface, Kmet has respectable metrics. He has an 84.9-percent (No. 8) Snap Share, earning 88 (No. 7) targets. While the opportunity has been there, the productivity could improve. On the season, the second year TE has 564 (No. 14) receiving yards on 56 (No. 11) receptions and zero touchdowns. Averaging just 7.0 (No. 22) Fantasy Points per Game, Kmet loses 10.63 Lifetime Value points and one spot to slip to TE15 on PlayerProfiler’s dynasty rankings.
